Accepted Reasons for Returns
- Defective/wrong item delivered
- Size/color mismatch (if exchange option selected)
- Damaged during transit (must report within 48 hours)
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, socks, customized/personalized products
- Products with hygiene seals broken

- Upload images of defective/wrong item
